
For my entire life, traveling has always been synonymous with culinary arts. This made me question one day: ‘Why not combine my two biggest passions on the same occasion?’.
I am Ahmaed Odenhamn. From an early age, I found myself most at home in two places: the kitchen and the open road. Cooking began as a simple curiosity—experimenting with spices, recreating family recipes, and discovering how food could bring people together. Traveling came later, sparked by my desire to experience new cultures firsthand. Each trip opened my eyes to unfamiliar flavors, techniques, and traditions that broadened my understanding of the world.
Eventually, I realized these two passions were meant to intertwine. What started as collecting recipes from the places I visited evolved into a deeper journey of learning, tasting, and sharing. Today, I bring my love for cooking and traveling together by exploring global cuisines, telling stories through food, and celebrating the cultures that inspire every dish I create.
